Refund policy

We hope you are completely satisfied with your shopping experience at Yeneast. If you encounter any issues with your order, we will do our best to resolve them.

Due to the special nature of these items, the following products are not eligible for returns or exchanges: all final sale items, subscription items, necklaces, rings, bracelets, and custom-made items.

Our Guarantee
We hope you’ll love the items you’ve ordered, but if there are any issues, we’re happy to accept returns or exchanges for unworn, unwashed, or defective items free of charge within 30 days of the shipping date.

To return an item, it must be unworn/unused and in the same condition as when you received it. If any part of your order is damaged, please email to 📫 : support@yeneast.com with photo of the damaged items, and we will assist you with your inquiry.

Refunds

1.The item has not been shipped yet.

If the item has not been shipped within 24 hours of placing your order, we offer a no-questions-asked refund, subject to a $7 processing fee.

2.The item has been shipped

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email confirming receipt. We will also let you know whether your refund request has been approved.

If your request is approved, we will process your refund and automatically credit the amount to your credit card or original payment method within 10 business days.

*When returning an item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Customers are responsible for international return shipping costs.
